when i first walked in i was greeted by the management at the front of the stor as i walked in and after thhat i felt as though there was'.nt a question that they didnt have an answer to the service was great staff was very informative and patient as im not so versed in todays tehnology they took the time out to make sure i knew what i was buying and what i can utilize it for by far the best experience that i've had and i will be coming back as i will be in need of a digital camera soon until then keep up the good work datavision computer video and management‎

I'm datavision customer for 12 years, Buying from PC. Notebooks ,Audio Video equipemeent. All I can say is that I'm very pleased with customer service, equipements. I get more what any other store can provide on helping shoosing the product that fit my projects. the product are very compettive prices and high ends that its hard to get on known big chaine electronics stores. Even if the store that not carry the particular item, they ordered and call me to come pick up. Other electronics chaine should take Datavision as example on how to handle and create and mange good customer relation. I feel I have all firends over there

Came into the store on a Saturday, was hectic as any store in NYC would be, but i still received great service. I came in to purchase a Mac computer which I did and at a GREAT price, and also ended up buying a few accessories and as well as an Ipod. I bought a SONY H20 camera in the 5th Ave store and the customer service was great. They honored the online price which was lower than the store price which i was very happy about. They changed the online price soon after however. The service people including the security guard were really pleasant. Great shopping experience overall

I have been purchasing from this midtown NYC store for many years and they never disappoint. The usually have everything in stock with substitute products that are equally as good as the original OEM products. The manager, Joey takes a personal interest in making sure that I am well taken care of. He is good at building long standing relationships with customers that I think leads to a lot of repeat business for him. The store is organized and laid out well and it is easy to find what you are looking for.
