I purchased a Sony 52" HDTV and a Home Theater Receiver. Both the sales person and the sales managers had given me an absolute amazing service. They were fair and stood behind their promises! Will buy again!?

Best tvs/laptops/apple products in the tri -state area! A lot of people on here are bashing their service as "unfriendly". Those are the suckers. If you want the best deal you need to talk up the managers and employees and earn their respect. Once you get on their good side you realize how friendly they are and how flexible they can be on some of the hottest electronics in the game. Don't just take my work for it go in and try seeing if you make "the cut" and secure the best deal in NYC.
