Came into the store on a Saturday, was hectic as any store in NYC would be, but i still received great service. I came in to purchase a Mac computer which I did and at a GREAT price, and also ended up buying a few accessories and as well as an Ipod. This store has everything one would need for the house or for travel.I highly recommend this store for any electronic purchase as well as great prices.‎

I bought a SONY H20 camera in the 5th Ave store and the customer service was great. They honored the online price which was lower than the store price which i was very happy about. They changed the online price soon after however. The service people including the security guard were really pleasant. Great shopping experience overall

I have been purchasing from this midtown NYC store for many years and they never disappoint. The usually have everything in stock with substitute products that are equally as good as the original OEM products. The manager, Joey takes a personal interest in making sure that I am well taken care of. He is good at building long standing relationships with customers that I think leads to a lot of repeat business for him. The store is organized and laid out well and it is easy to find what you are looking for. I would highly recommend this store and it's staff to anyone that wants good pricing and excellent customer service.‎
